8. Chat conversations — on our website or on Instagram Direct
When you write to us in our website chat or on Instagram Direct, we receive and store only the following:
- The text of the messages you send us and our replies.
- Your Instagram profile name (only when you write to us on Instagram), so we know who we are talking to and can pick the conversation up where you left it.
- Anything you choose to tell us during the conversation — for example your name, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers or your children's ages.
Why we need it. We use it only to answer you, prepare an offer and continue the conversation later without making you type everything again. We do not use it for personalised advertising.
How long we keep it. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months after your last message, after which it is deleted automatically. If the conversation leads to an actual booking, that booking's details are stored separately, for as long as our legal and financial obligations require.
Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent it to anyone. We share it only with those we need in order to serve you (for example the hotel or tour operator you book) and only where the law requires it.
You can ask us to delete the conversation at any time — see the data deletion instructions.
9. Automated replies and your right to talk to a person
The first replies come from a virtual assistant, meaning an automated system rather than one of our colleagues. This is so we can answer you quickly, including outside office hours.
We use an external provider. To prepare the reply, the text of the conversation is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic, which may process it outside Albania. It uses the text only to produce the answer for you.
Ask for a person whenever you want. At any moment you can ask to speak with a colleague — just write "I want to talk to a person", or call us. You are never obliged to continue with the automated system.
The virtual assistant makes no binding decisions about you. Prices and availability are always confirmed by our staff before a booking becomes valid.
10. Queries from AI assistants and our AI gateway (MCP)
Our public prices can also be read by AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity) through a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint and our machine-readable price feeds. When you ask such an assistant for travel offers and it chooses to query our system, we receive only the search request — never your full conversation.
What we receive (tool inputs). Only the search criteria the assistant forwards: destination, travel dates, number of travellers and children's ages, budget, or a hotel name — together with technical request data: the IP address (usually the assistant provider's, not yours), the user agent and the time of the request.
What we return (tool outputs). Only public travel offers: hotels, departure dates, prices and booking links — the same data any visitor sees on our website. Our system returns no personal data. All of these tools are read-only: they can only look up public offers — they cannot make bookings, payments or any changes on your behalf; booking always happens on our website, by you.
Why we use it. Solely to answer the request, to enforce fair-use rate limits per IP, and for aggregate usage statistics. We build no profile of you, use nothing for advertising, and link nothing to any account.
How long we keep it. Technical logs recording these requests are kept for up to 2 months and then deleted automatically. We keep no accounts, cookies or identifiers for users arriving through AI assistants.
Who we share it with. No one — we do not sell or pass it on. Your conversation with the assistant itself is held by that assistant's provider (e.g. OpenAI for ChatGPT) under that provider's own privacy policy; we only receive the search request it chooses to send us.
Your controls. These requests are anonymous to us, so we cannot link them to you as a person. For any question, contact us using the details in section 7, or see the data deletion instructions.
11. How long we keep data (summary)
Our main retention periods:
- Your account: for as long as you keep it; deleted on your request.
- Bookings, invoices and payments: as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
- Offer requests (leads) and emails: until your request is closed, plus the applicable legal periods.
- Chat conversations — on our website or Instagram: up to 12 months from the last message, then deleted automatically.
- Website visit statistics: up to 90 days.
- Technical server logs: the content of AI-assistant requests up to 2 months; general access logs up to 12 months.
