By using the Fly Travel Albania platform (flytravel.al), you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Fly Travel Albania operates as an intermediary between customers and accommodation providers. We facilitate hotel bookings through our online platform, using third-party providers to process bookings.
3. Bookings
When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into an agreement with the hotel or accommodation provider. Fly Travel Albania acts as an intermediary in this transaction.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices include taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Booking confirmation is sent by email.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely. We accept:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) through our secure payment provider
- Credit balance (only for approved B2B clients)
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the hotel and the selected room type:
- Refundable bookings: Can be cancelled free of charge within the specified period.
- Non-refundable bookings: Cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Liability
Fly Travel Albania is not liable for:
- The quality of hotel services
- Price changes by providers
- Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
