Deleting Your Data
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data and the conversations you have had with us. The request is free and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Send us an email — that is all:
- Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion".
- Tell us how to find you: your first and last name, or the profile name you used to message us on Instagram, or the email/phone you used with us.
- Tell us what you want deleted — everything, or just the conversation.
What we delete
Once we receive your request we delete:
- Your conversations with us, on the website or on Instagram Direct.
- The contact details we stored from your enquiries.
- Your website account, if you created one.
What we cannot delete
If you made a booking that was paid or invoiced, the law requires us to keep that booking's records for a set period. In that case we delete everything else and explain to you exactly what remains and why.
How long it takes
We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email once the deletion is done.
