How does an organized tour work?
Every tour has a set programme: the departure date, the day-by-day itinerary, the hotels and the main visits. The group travels together, led by an Albanian-speaking tour leader who handles check-ins, city orientation, programme entrances and anything the group needs along the way. You simply follow the programme and enjoy the trip.
Transport depends on the destination: nearby destinations and Italian city breaks run by coach or plane as stated in the programme, while long-haul destinations (Dubai, Asia, cruises) always fly. Every detail is clearly listed on each tour's page.
What the price includes — and what it doesn't
The price usually includes: transport from Tirana, hotel accommodation with breakfast, transfers as per the programme and the Albanian-speaking tour leader. Some tours also include extra meals or guided visits — always stated in the tour programme.
Usually not included: optional excursions, museum and attraction tickets (unless listed), personal expenses and travel insurance. Our advice: plan a small daily budget for food and tickets, and ask our staff about anything unclear before departure — no surprises on the road.
How much does an organized tour cost in 2026?
2-day Italian city breaks (Bologna–Rimini, Venice–Verona, Alberobello) start from €164–199 per person. 4–5 day European capitals (Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Paris, Barcelona) typically cost €310–550. 8-day tour-and-beach combinations (Puglia, Sicily, Costa Brava) run €580–750.
Greek island cruises start from €649, ski tours from €344, Dubai with Abu Dhabi from €699, the Dubai + Maldives combination is €1,799, while the big exotic journeys (Japan, China, Singapore, Brazil) range €1,599–2,499. Children aged 0–11 pay a reduced price based on their age on the departure date.

Documents and visas
For European destinations (the Schengen area) an Albanian biometric passport is enough — visa-free, up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Turkey also requires no visa. Your passport must be valid at least 3–6 months beyond the return date, depending on the country.
For long-haul destinations (the Emirates, Egypt, Asia) the rules vary by country — after booking, our staff guides you step by step through any document or authorization needed, well before departure. Children need their own individual passport.
How to book and how to pay
Booking is free and online: choose the tour, send a request with the travellers' details and we contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and the final price. Payment happens only after confirmation — at our Tirana office, by bank transfer or by card online.
Many tours accept a deposit at confirmation with the balance due before departure. We recommend booking 1–3 months ahead — group places are limited, and peak periods (New Year, November holidays, summer) fill up much earlier.
