It is the question we hear most often at the office: "Antalya or Bodrum?" Both have direct charter flights from Tirana, both have a wonderful sea and excellent hotels — but they are two different worlds. Antalya is the kingdom of giant ultra all-inclusive resorts on the Mediterranean; Bodrum is the elegant Aegean peninsula of coves, marinas and nightlife.

Sea and beaches: Mediterranean vs Aegean
Antalya sits on the Mediterranean: a warmer sea, a longer season (late April to late October) and long sandy beaches in Lara and Side, or pebble coves in Kemer. Ideal for children and for anyone who wants bath-warm water even in September–October.
Bodrum is Aegean: fresher, often crystal-clear water, picturesque coves (Bitez, Turgutreis, Yalıkavak) and a light summer breeze that makes the heat easier. Beaches are smaller and more intimate than Antalya's giant strips.
Hotels: mega-resorts vs boutique style
Antalya has the world's biggest concentration of ultra all-inclusive resorts: 5-star complexes with waterparks, kids clubs, evening shows and 4–6 in-house restaurants. You never need to leave the hotel — everything is included and designed for families.
Bodrum offers more variety: boutique hotels overlooking the coves, elegant resorts near the marina and a few large all-inclusive complexes. The atmosphere is more "Greek-Mediterranean" — whitewashed houses, bougainvillea and evenings in waterfront restaurants.
Prices: where do you get more for your money?
For the same hotel level, Antalya usually offers a better price — competition between hundreds of resorts keeps value very strong, especially for family ultra all-inclusive packages. The offer is also much wider, so there is always something in your budget.

Atmosphere and nightlife
Antalya (especially Lara and Belek) is calm and family-oriented — entertainment happens inside the resort: shows, animation teams, waterparks. The old town of Kaleiçi is worth a romantic dinner, but most guests stay at the hotel.
Bodrum comes alive at night: a marina full of yachts, waterfront bars, famous clubs and lively lanes until late. It is the destination where you go out every evening — which is why young couples and groups of friends love it.
